Change in Measurement and Statistical Priorities and the Factors that Contribute; Initial Literature Review

To inform the work of the iCount Coalition, the Equality Insights team has undertaken an initial draft literature review on how change towards more inclusive measurement happens. The team is seeking feedback on this initial draft to guide further work. The team welcomes collaboration with others in extending learning and reflection on the practicalities of change towards statistical inclusion, to inform the iCount Coalition’s efforts to establish inclusion as a core expectation of any post-2030 statistical framework.
